 Mark
Blacklidge is an Indiana Certified Residential
Appraiser, a real estate Broker, and the founder of Blacklidge
Appraisals LLC. Mark has been involved in real estate for
many years. He is both FHA and VA certified. He is a graduate
of Purdue University in management. He has been a life time
resident of Howard County as have several generations of his
family. Mark knows North Central Indiana residential real
estate values.
 Kent
Blacklidge Ph.D. is an Indiana Certified
Residential Appraiser and real estate Broker. Kent is also
FHA certified. He holds an industrial management undergraduate
degree and three science graduate degrees from Purdue University.
He was actively a part of newspaper management for over two
decades which includes being publisher of the Kokomo Tribune,
then an over 30,000 daily newspaper, for 4 years. Later, he
was involved in biological research at Purdue for 12 years,
and has served as an adjunct faculty member at four universities
including Indiana University Kokomo.
Al
Colon has recently joined our team as our
firm's Indiana Licensed Appraiser Trainee. Al is a lifelong
resident of Howard County. He has served this country and
community at many levels and has significant experience in
public, business, and community relations. He has specific
skills in land development and contacting matters.
Together,
we form a close-knit, professional team to serve you. We pride
