 Mark
Blacklidge is an Indiana Certified Residential
Appraiser, a real estate Broker, and the founder of Blacklidge
Appraisals LLC. Mark has been involved in real estate for
many years. He is both FHA and VA certified. He is a graduate
of Purdue University in management. He has been a life time
resident of Howard County as have several generations of his
family. Mark knows North Central Indiana residential real
estate values.
 Kent
Blacklidge Ph.D. is an Indiana Certified
Residential Appraiser and real estate Broker. Kent is also
FHA certified. He holds an industrial management undergraduate
degree and science graduate degrees from Purdue University.
He was actively a part of newspaper management for over two
decades, in biological research at Purdue for 12 years, and
has served as an adjunct faculty member at four universities
including Indiana University Kokomo.
 Mike
Smith has been with Blacklidge Appraisals
LLC for over 6 years. He is truly our 'inside man'.
Mike is integral to our team and talented in many areas of
our business. He does much data gathering when an order arrives,
most frequently is the one that schedules our appointments,
and is an expert with drawings, computer software, and bringing
information from many sources together for the work then done
by an appraiser.
Together,
the three of us form a close-knit, professional team to serve
you. We pride ourselves in what we do. Blacklidge Appraisals
LLC now has a long history of going quietly about earning
our clients' respect and trust so they are comfortable returning
again and again for appraisal services through out the 13
county North Central Indiana area.
